Phoner To Arizona
SFcam: 2011: Part Twenty One
(February 12, 2011)
Previously, I had utilized low shutter speed for various projects (see Meet Me On The Equinox: Lunar Eclipse, I Am, and A Lack Of Color), but cars seemed to evade me for a few reasons. An engine is notorious for causing instability with cameras, and it was because of that that I found myself avoiding lower shutter speeds in car settings. In this particular album, I discovered that, to my surprise, a car works better than any other location for that very reason. "Phoner To Arizona" stands out as one of my most "artsy" albums to date just because I ignore obvious photographic etiquette (clarity, definite subject, focus).
