When I was a very young lad, I remember looking at pictures of people literally drawing in mid-air. It was some special effect, no doubt computer-editing, but it felt so real. Any photographer will tell you that it's as simple as slowing down the shutter speed, finding a dark room, and making motions with a light source. I was clever enough to discover this on my own through a variety of attempts. The final product was something I never thought possible.
