Here's a concept I was working on for a long time: a soldier in a post-apocalyptic future, who suffers from amnesia and struggles to recollect his identity after coming across his war-torn helmet. Original. I know. The idea came about when I discovered a mucky, unsanitary Lego clone trooper helmet underneath my bed and thought it held the possibility for over a thousand different stories. I never finished the concept or even found out what "The Battle of Souls" meant, which makes this album one of my most intriguing pieces.
