Among the shorter excursions of my trip was the visit to a modern museum overlooking the judicial branch building. Along with its signature movie props and Apollo 11 memorabilia, the set pieces that struck me as most significant were the chunks of the Berlin Wall. Smeared on it were the thoughts of millions separated in anger and desperation.
