Tim and Ginny Plus Those Other Guys

SFcam: 2010: Part Twelve
(July 17, 2010)

In the glory days of my walks at Tierra Grande, I never encountered the usual cast of events: children riding bikes, cars frequently passing by, families walking dogs. Instead I was treated to the eventful sighting of a peacock, the occasional twirtle of a bird I didn't recognize, and perhaps another human being if I was lucky. But for the most part, the categorization I would give for my "neighborhood" (if you could call it that) would have been "farm." It wasn't rare to spot a horse grazing the fields, greet the obnoxious goats or even attend to the chickens. It was rare for my entire family to come together and do all at once. I can't even begin to tell you what a shocking sight it was.
